Parent Complaints & Appeals
At ReNEW, we share the commitment to accountability that we ask of all of our parents and students, and we will address any concerns expeditiously and judiciously. Any parent may bring a complaint to the school director for any reason, including the request to appeal a disciplinary decision. The process below has been established so that students and parents may bring concerns, appeals or complaints to the attention of the appropriate party.

Homework Assistance
Information is provided to students and parents on how to access the after school online homework assistance services offered through the State Library of Louisiana and their local public library.
21C Extended Day Programs
2024-2025
- Morning Care begins Monday, August, 5th
- After Care begins Monday, August 19th
- Families must submit completed application before your student can begin any programs.

Bullying Report
Complete this form, responding only to the questions that you feel comfortable answering and are able to report accurately. Submit this form to the principal or other school employee. This form may be completed by the person reporting the incident or by the school employee to whom the incident is being reported.
Student Referrals / Gift Cards
We’re looking for new families to enroll in our top performing schools and we’re offering a $25 gift card if you refer a child that enrolls at a ReNEW school in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Did you know that your school is part of the top performing open enrollment PreK through 8th grade charter network in New Orleans? Dolores T. Aaron and Laurel are both top 10 open enrollment elementary schools in the city.
We want to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of your child’s educational journey, and we want your neighbors and friends' children to be able to go to a great school too.
To receive the $25 gift card per child referred, a family must apply for enrollment at enrollnolaps.com or at a parent resource center. Shortly after that’s completed, the family will receive registration information from the ReNEW School that they have chosen.
The registration must be completed for the new student’s ReNEW school of choice and the parent or guardian must list your name as the person who referred them to a ReNEW school. Once the registration is completed with your name as the person who referred them, someone from the school will reach out to you to have you come in and pick up your gift card.
